From the small winery established by my grandparents in the early 1930s, my father then built his own winery, a more modern and convenient building. It started in 1979 and went through different stages, along with the development of the domaine, until 2020 when we built an air-conditioned space dedicated to the storage of bottles. Wine bottling spreads throughout the year. Beginning in October with the Beaujolais Nouveau, then in February for Chardonnay, March for the Viognier and Rosé wine. April is time for bottling the Beaujolais Villages, Cuvée Vieilles Vignes and Coup de Foudre blanc, and then we have the Syrah and Coup de Foudre Rouge in August.
